Prohibited uses
It is forbidden to use this site for :

Limitation of liability and warranties
Use of Terraflo is at the customer's risk. Terraflo is not responsible for injury, property damage or other harm resulting from misuse, inadequate maintenance or hazardous weather conditions. Users are responsible for following all safety instructions provided by Transport Canada.
We offer a 2-year warranty on structural components. In addition, floats come with a 15-year manufacturer's warranty on buoyancy. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, or extreme environmental conditions (including storms, floods, etc.).
Terms of delivery
Liability for damage
Terraflo undertakes to take all reasonable measures to ensure safe delivery of your pontoon. However, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that delivery conditions (adequate access to the site, clear path, etc.) allow installation within a maximum of 30 minutes and without damage.
In the event of damage occurring during delivery due to unsuitable site conditions, the customer will assume full responsibility. Any necessary repairs resulting from such circumstances will be charged to the customer. In addition, any overtime required by the delivery person will be charged at the rate of $100/hour.
